IF Mehran Keshe is telling the truth, and I believe he is, Russia has apparently had this technology in useable form for at least two years. WHY has Russia not used this technology to actually reduce the Anglo-USraeli and NATO organised bloodshed and killing in Syria? IF, as Keshe says, Russia used this technology on the USS Donald Cook (and presumably also on the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt in the Baltic Sea.
