What that legally means is that if assets ever went missing or stolen from their designated depository, the applicable National Head of State, the National Government, and then the People of the country would be held responsible and financially liable for the full value of those assets.

That article (I believe it is Article 6 of the 1920 London Treaty) of the aforestated Treaties is still valid today. It has not been revoked, rescinded, or set aside at any time since the 1920 Treaty.

So, there are quite a number of countries around the world that are "On The Hook" so to speak, for Trillions of Dollars of compensation to The Global Debt Facility for missing Assets, plus in addition, accrued interest earned against those assets.

I am not going to get involved with the dirtiest game on the planet ...... POLITICS ............ but at the same time it must be understood by readers that Politics does, unfortunately, overlap the Financial arena of the ITC so it is not all that easy to avoid the Political factor all of the time.

However, this election fraud will affect not only the ITC but the majority of the world as well, and needs to be resolved quickly to avert serious adverse factors.

Allow me to explain.

The very same people, groups, etc, that Trump and his team are fighting, let's refer to them as the Cabal, Deep State, are the very same people, groups, that we are fighting because of their theft and fraud, over decades, against The Global Debt Facility and its' serious detrimental affects against the whole world and people of the world. It's not something that has just happened. On the contrary it has been happening over decades with Bill Clinton, George Bush, Obama, with the crescendo happening in 2020.

Allow me to clearly state some facts:-

1. In accordance with the terms of the London Treaty (1920 / 21) and the Amendments Treaty to the London Treaty (1929), when the assets of The Global Debt Facility were transferred around the world and secreted away in all sorts of inhospitable places in the majority of countries. The Treaties stated quite clearly that although "Protectors" were appointed at the time, which just happened to be, in most cases, the OSS, the fore-runner of the CIA; that the individual countries were ultimately responsible for the Assets secreted away in their countries. Where countries refused to have the OSS within their borders, "Protection" of Assets became the duty of the applicable National Intelligence Agency. However, irrespective of the "Protectors" and their legal duty under an International Treaty, the applicable National Head of State, the National Government, and then the People of the country where assets were secreted away, were legally liable and responsible for the safety and security of those assets. So people, open your eyes and realise what you are in for when a final reconciliation is completed. This is a facility being made available to every country and every person in the world, to eradicate poverty and diseases, to assist countries in developing their country and economy for the benefit of the citizens of every single country. Unfortunately, The Citizens and Governments have failed to protect for safety and security, the Assets of The Global Debt Facility, and now they must "Bare the brunt" of allowing theft and fraud by a few, to take centre stage. They listened to deliberate false narratives propagated by the crooks, such as the myths of "The Yamashita Treasure", "The Marcos wealth", and "The Soekarno Wealth", which are just myths only utilised by the crooks to confuse everyone so the crooks could carry on stealing without any thought whatsoever for others left "Holding the Baby" and fully financially liable and responsible.

2. If I may, allow me to mention just a few incidences that have happened, and I will quote some of the more recent incidences so that it is easier for readers to comprehend / understand:-

a). 120,000 MT of Gold stolen, in the late 1990's from a depository in Russia. This theft was authorised by William (Bill) Jefferson Clinton in conjunction with Boris Yeltsin, President of the Russia Federation at the time. Transported by Four (4) separate Train loads to Austria (Former home country of many high ranking Nazis). Boris Yeltsin became a Billionaire overnight. All very nice but he was a billionaire criminal of the highest order leaving his country to "Bare the brunt" of having to reimburse The Global Debt Facility on a like for like basis plus interest. Did Clinton or Yeltsin care .......... Not one little bit.

Most of this Gold remained in Austria and is deposited in a substantial tunnel under a large lake with 2 Castles, one on each side of the lake. One of those Castles belongs to Richard (Dick) Cheney, former US Government member under George Walker Bush.

Some of the Gold went to Montenegro and some to Slovenia. What went to Slovenia was further split with approximately Fifty percent (50%) being shipped out of the seaport in Slovenia for what was at the time an unknown destination, but now known to be Uruguay, which was, and still is, if the elder generation can remember, the country of residence for many Nazis both during and after WW II, courtesy of the Americans.

b). Hilary R. Blatant and arrogant theft and fraudulent activities of subverting and usurping International Law.

Clinton, as US Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Informed China and Myanmar (Burma), that if they held any Bullion Certificates, which they both did, they did not need to seek verification or certification of such Certificates and could, without any question, utilise same as Collateral with their own Central Bank. That is exactly what China did and then utilised the funds (Trillions of US Dollars) to develop their country and economy. How does anyone think that China could invest Tens of Trillions of Dollars, at home or abroad when at the time China had less that Two (2) trillion US Dollars in foreign currency reserves from its' business dealings with America and Europe.

John Kerry attempted to stop this illegal use, not that he is innocent in other illegal activities; but was informed by the Chinese to "Go to Hell, as they had the Certificates and they were using them and would continue to use them, as they looked upon and referred Ferdinand E. Marcos as "His Majesty" as the descendent of the Qing Dynasty, and Marcos was the person who originally deposited these Certificates with the Central Bank of China under Custodianship Rules.

When Ferdinand Marcos died in September 1989, it became a "Free for All" with substantial assistance from the rogue side of the CIA which George Herbert Walker Bush had initiated some years earlier.

George Soros, a great friend of the Clintons; has incorporated numerous Foundations across the world which he uses to finance Colour Revolutions, National descent and sedition, and finances universities to educate the younger generation into extreme socialist ideals, that ultimately spurs negative reactionary, and extremism provocation in those countries were Soros is active.

The United Nations are not isolated from this either with 3,500 personnel, recruited by the United Nations from former US Military and Intelligence personnel from across the United States, with another 1,500 personnel in Indonesia, whose task is to steal all that they can from The Global Debt Facility Assets and Accounts held in these countries.

f). Joe Biden, the man who authorised 10,000 MT of gold (gold stolen from the depositories in the Philippines) to be sent to China and 10,000 MT to the Ukraine, and it was delivered to those countries, and that is probably inter-connected with Hunter Bidens' activities. That is just another illegal and criminal act that we have the hard evidence on, it's not just what Donald Trump's team has on Biden, which is a hell of a lot, what we have proves without any doubt whatsoever that Biden and his family are just one hell of a crooked family.

We can legally hold The United States fully responsible and financially liable (currently US $28 quadrillion ++ USD, and increasing every day), as the personnel involved / complicit in these crimes, are all Americans, apart from their Foreign counterparts such as Angela Merkel, Macron, at least 260 International Banks (HSBC, Deutsche bank, City Bank, Bank of America, Bank of Scotland, Royal Bank of Scotland, Barclays Bank and many more) and Central Banks, residing or complicit with America, or with American nationally or citizenship, together with the IMF, WB Group, Federal Reserve, CIA, American Military, the US Treasury (International Division), the latter of which have their Head Offices within the borders of America whereby Diplomatic Immunity only applies to acts undertaken within their legal objectives of their employment. Criminal Acts are not covered under Diplomatic Immunity at any time.

So watch out because we have the evidence against you and we are coming for you just like Donald Trump is coming for you all, don't forget that in this day and age, with technology as it is, everything is traceable, so we will find you.

In the meantime we hope Donald Trump exposes all of you, arrests you, and ensures that you are executed for your Treasonous crimes against America, its' people and its' duly elected government, but more so for your Treasonous Crimes against another "Sovereign" ......... the International Treasury Controller and The Global Debt Facility, the worlds biggest Financial Institution.

Finally, as we cannot seem to obtain any assistance from the United Nations, His Excellency, The International Treasury Controller is now considering a "Blanket" Declassification of all documents and records, from 1945 to date, reference to The Global Debt Facility, the removal of the TTTGC on 31st December 1994, and the appointments undertaken in 1995 and 2012. to do this there has to be consultations with the Committee of The Royal Families of the World, who were not happy with the actions of the TTTGC in 1945 and onwards, with their "Blanket" Top Secret Coverage, that openly allowed for an "Absolute" misrepresentation of the facts, the generation and propagation of lies and myths, and the massive theft and fraud against the Global Debt Facility. This will take time but the ball is in motion.
