국제재무조정사무국 UNOITC; The Office of International Treasure Control 은 GESARA세계경제개혁법안의 개념을 차용한 실제적 재무조정기구로 2008년에 웹사이트가 개설되었습니다.

These precious metal reserves finance individual countries. The individual mission projects through AbundantHope will be financed also out of precious metals that are separate from this organization. All this is under Nebadon and not anybody else. We will give no further details on this at this time, but those still chasing NESARA can give that up. The total of these two precious metal funds form the concept of GESARA.

설립목적의 요약

a). 이용할 수 있는 자원을 가지고 세계의 국가들과 주민들에게 많은 좋은 일들을 하기 위함.

b). 초과된 통화의 불안정한 사건에서 심각한 문제들을 방지하는 것이나 국가들의 경제에 손상을 일으킬 수 있는 국제적 요인들을 예방하기 위해, 

      어느 국가에서든지 “알려진 채무”보다는 기밀로 관리되는 “내부의 채무”에 재정을 투입하기 위함.

c). (명목상 컨설턴트 수수료 및 비용은 제외)하고, 어떤 한 국가에 투입되는 모든 재정은 그 같은 재정이 세대간에 계속 사용되도록 보장하기 위해 

     상환하지 않음.

d). 정부나 상조회(공제조합) 양쪽의 타락과 부패에 기인하는 요인들을 (점진적으로 제거) 최소화 하기 위해 어떠한 국가 내에 우리의 운영 모듈을 통해 

     어떠한 한 국가 내에 모든 재정을 조직함. 

e). 우리의 자신 운영모듈을 통하여, 재정이 투입된 어떤 국가에 강력한 전문적 관리, 경영과 조정의 지속유지.

f). 균형 있고 지속적인 경제가 달성되고 유지되는 것을 보장하도록 어느 정부나 상업적 기관들과 함께 연대하고 활력이 넘치고 엄격하게 일함.

g). 어느 국가든지 국가와 그들의 국민의 이익을 위해 자신의 경제와 기반시설, 사회복지 시설들을 개발하고 확장하고 현대화하는데 원조함.

h). 어느 국가든지 그들 자신의 인적자원들을 개발하고 훈련하여, 명확하지 않는 시간에서 외국인 근로자들에게 전적으로 의지하지 않도록 원조함.

i). 한 국가에 깨끗한 물과 하수설비, 적절한 음식공급, 개선된 사회복지 시설 등을 원조함으로써, 그들 국가와 국민을 위해 개선된 삶의 표준과 조건들을 

      제공함.

j). 어떤 한 국가에 지원하는 재정이 프로젝트의 전체 범위와 경제적 발전에 적절하고 효율적으로 사용되도록 확실히 함.

k). 재정이 투입된 모든 프로젝트들을 주의 깊게 구성하고, 내부적으로나 지명된 컨설턴트 양쪽으로부터 적절히 관리하고 감독하도록 보장함.

l). 적용되는 어떤 재정이라도 법적 책임과 책임성에 연결되어 있는 국제적 계정의 관례에 따라 사용되는 것을 확실히 함.

m). 국가들 간의 “교토협약”과 같은 국제간 적용할 수 있는 외교의정을 만족하는 모든 프로젝트들을 확실히 함.

n). 종종 발생하거나, 다른 통치집단이나 국제적 집합적 기업집단에 의해 기득권이 있거나 또는 유사한 것, 국가의 광물들 (석유, 가스, 금광, 귀금속, 산림, 어업권 등)과 관련되거나, 이들 국가에 더 중요하다고 전략적으로 중요하게 여기는, 국제 사회에서 힘이 없는 약한 국가들을 틈타 국제적으로 정치적 영향력이나 과도한 세력, 협박, 국가적 강탈의 어떤 가능성이나 모든 것을 제거하기 위함.

o). 프로젝트를 위한 지역 재료의 사용과 필요성들을 최대화 하는 것과 함께, 그들 국가의 국민과 관계된 어떤 국가의 고용의 수준을 최대화하는 것.

p). 어느 국가의 외채에 대한 구조조정, 더 낮은 이자비율과 장기적 기간, 대환보증 같은 기회의 이용 및 나중에 얻어 사용해온 외부융자에 대한 (정부 또는

      상업적) 프로젝트의 구조조정.

q). 국가간 문화와 전통, 그리고 특질들의 영향을 최소화 하기 위함.

r). 어떤 한 국가가 점진적으로 “재정적 독립”과 “자신의 의지”를 성취하는 것을 확실히 하기 위해 최대의 노력을 경주함.

s). 국가의 시민 교육과 훈련의 지원을 통해 국제적 거래시장뿐 아니라 그들이 점진적으로 상거래와 산업세계에서 완전할 수 있도록 제공함.

t). 경험 있는 컨설턴트와 조언자(고문), 훈련된 개인, 프로젝트 관리자, 일반관리자 그리고 다른 어드바이저 서비스 등의 제공.

u). 개인들의 상황이나 요인들보다는 국가의 전반적인 요구사항들에 기초한 균형 있는 재정 투입과 경제의 보증.

v). 중앙, 지방, 그리고 프로젝트의 지역 재정 및 경제개발의 융자.

Summary of Objectives

a). To do the greatest amount of good for the Nations and the People of the World, with the resources it has available to it.

b). To inject finance into any one Nation, on the basis of "Internal Debt" classification, rather than "External Debt", thus preventing serious problems in the event of excessive currency fluctuations, or other International factors that can cause damage to the economy of Nations.

c). Non-repatriation of any finance injected into any one Nation (excluding nominal Consultants Fees and Costs), to ensure that such finance is utilized continuously for generations.

d). Structure all financing within any one Nation through our own Operating Module within any Nation to minimise (eventually eliminate) factors that attribute to corruption both in the Governmental and Commercial fraternities.

e). Maintain strong Professional Management, Administration, and Control of Finance injected into any one Nation, via our own Operating Module.

f). Work conjointly, vigorously, relentlessly with the Government of any Nation and Commercial Operations, to ensure a Balanced and Sustainable Economy is achieved and Maintained.

g). Assist any one Nation to develop, expand, and modernise it's own economy, infrastrucrure, Social and Welfare facilities, to the benefit of the Nation and it's People.

h). Assist any one Nation to develop and train it's own Human Resources so that Nations are not totally reliant upon Foreign Workers on an indefinite time scale.

i). Assist any one Nation to provide Clean Water, Sanitation, adequate Food Supplies, improved Social and Welfare facilities, thus providing improved Living Standards and Conditions for that Nation and it's People.

j). Ensure that finance injected into any one Nation is properly and effectively utilized within the whole sphere of Projects and Economic Development.

k). Ensure that all projects that are financed are carefully structured, properly Managed and Administered, both internally and via the appointed Consultants.

l). Ensure that any finance applied is utilized in complaince with International Accounting practices, linked to legal liability and responsibility.

m). Ensure that all projects comply with any applicable International Protocols such as the "Kyoto Accord" between Nations.

n). To remove all / any possibility of International Political Influence, Undue Influence, Duress, Rape of a Nation and its Natural Resources, or similar, that usually occurs, or is imposed upon the weaker Nations of the World's society, by other Governments, International Conglomerates, Vested Interests. or similar, relative to a Nation's Minerals (Oil, Gas, Gold, Precious Gems, Forests, Fishing, etc.), or, that Nation's Strategic importance to a more prominent Nation.

o). To maximise any Nation's employment levels relative to the Nationals of that Nation, together with maximisation of local materials used or required for Projects.

p). Restructuring of any one Nation's Foreign Debt, taking advantage of such factors as Lower Interest Rates, Longer Term Periods, Convertible Guarantees, restructuring of Projects (Government or Commercial) for which Foreign Finance has been acquired and utilized.

q). Minimising the effects to National Cultures, Traditions, and Characteristics.

r). Maximising efforts to ensure that any one Nation eventually achieves "Financial Independence" and "Self Reliance".

s). Provide for Education and Training of the Nation's Citizens so that they can eventually compete within the World of Commerce and Industry and well as the International Market Place.

t). Provide Experienced Consultants, Advisors, Training Personnel, Project Management, General Management and other Advisory Services.

u). Ensure a Balanced Financial input and Economy based upon overall National requirements, rather than individual situations or factors.

v). Accommodation of Central, Regional, and District financing of Projects, and Economic Development.
